Warming Up Your Goalie Clinic
Group discounts available for organizations with 5+ coaches
This clinic communicates and demonstrates the necessary elements of an effective warm-up routine. Learn drills that will prepare your goalies both physically and mentally, while also discussing the pregame drills that put your goalies at risk for poor gametime performance. At the end, participants will work together in an engaging hands-on activity where coaches and goalies team up to create their own game day warm-up routine!
Duration: 1 1/2 hours
Recommended For: Field coaches and goalie coaches. Parents welcome to attend as a coach. Goalies may attend with a paying coach or parent coach.
